The Colour of Light

“For me, a landscape does not exist in its own right, since its appearance changes at every moment; but the surrounding atmosphere brings it to life - the light and the air which vary continually. For me, it is only the surrounding atmosphere which gives subjects their true value.”
Claude Monet.

This photo seems almost alive. I can feel the sensation of the leaves as I run the palm of my hand over them. Lovely

Hey Kim............I thought it felt velvety too! Glad you liked it. These leaves were situated up high above and eaves. I loved how it turned out with my zooooooom.

Charles! I know you want me to write a ranting rage here.....and YOU know I would like to! :) However, the colour of light keeps catching my eye.....and have decided that pursuing an optimistic more positive approach as this point in time helps my blood pressure.
Happy Thanksgiving Sir Blogger. I look forward to seeing ALL of your "God Moment" pics I know you will take and post this weekend.

ps. I will post the photo you took of me and my puddle reflection this weekend.

Shaz......right now, I am thoroughly enjoyed autumn....it has been a stunner this year. The temps are record highs. Was wearing a sundress and sandals yesterday and today it's supposed to be warmer. Highly unusual!
However, come mid February, I will be wanting summer to return. For now, Im staying in the moment.

Kamsin.....don't know if you have this kind of colour in autumn as we do here......it is beautiful. I will be taking many photos this weekend. cheers.
